Deposit Policy

A deposit of 30% of total charges will be required in order to confirm a booking with the balance of payment due 30 days in advance of your stay. In the event of a cancellation that is within the guidelines of our cancellation policy, a refund will be issued less a $100 administration fee.

Dog Policy

$50.00 per dog maximum of 2, must be well behaved and are not to be left alone in the unit unless crated. Owner(s) are responsible to clean up after their dog(s). Sorry no cats.
